LAS BODAS DE DESTINO / DESTINATION WEDDINGS

Este tipo de Bodas están imponiéndose y son una opción muy interesante para quienes buscan originalidad y frescura para uno de los momentos mas trascendentes de sus vidas.

Consiste ni mas ni menos que en casarse en medio de un viaje. De esta manera, se logra una experiencia mas relajada, con novios e invitados (si los hay) en “modo vacaciones”.

La fotografía de estos eventos cobra una gran importancia ya que al tratarse de ceremonias obviamente mas intimas que las bodas tradicionales en las que no es raro hablar de 300 o mas invitados, las fotografías tienen una fuerza testimonial mucho mayor.

Personalmente pienso que deben hacerse con un estilo ecléctico, entre las fotos tradicionales posadas y sacando el máximo provecho a lugares y paisajes entrañables para los protagonistas, y el fotoperiodismo en que se retratan situaciones espontaneas, donde el lugar y el paisaje ceden un poco de protagonismo ante momentos y situaciones vividas por los novios o invitados. De hecho así me manejo en cualquier tipo de boda que me toque cubrir.

Argentina es un país privilegiado para este tipo de celebraciones. Con destinos para todos los gustos. Desde el norte, con pintorescos pueblitos detenidos en el tiempo rodeados de cerriles paisajes inolvidables; exuberante vegetación subtropical, cataratas y ruinas jesuíticas en el litoral; valles que nos transportan a la prehistoria en la región de cuyo; pintorescos ríos y sierras en Córdoba; Lagos imponentes en la cordillera patagónica; hasta las mas variadas e increíbles expediciones y avistamientos de fauna en la costa atlántica patagónica para quienes disfrutan la aventura. Y no puedo dejar de mencionar a Ushuaia, la Ciudad del fin del mundo”, donde termina el continente.

Semejantes destinos como escenario de un acontecimiento de la talla de una boda requieren imágenes que estén a la altura del recuerdo que en el futuro van a reflejar. Debo confesar que, al ser una rama nueva de la fotografía de Bodas, aún no he realizado ninguna, pero por el lado positivo, tengo un nutrido portfolio de fotos de viajes y paisajes (iba a escribir “excelente portfolio”, pero en definitiva quienes deben calificarlo son ustedes y no yo).

And I can not fail to mention Ushuaia, the city at the end of the world ", where the continent ends.

Destinations such as the setting for an event the size of a wedding require images that are up to the memory that in the future will reflect. I must confess that, as a new branch of wedding photography, I have not done any yet, but on the positive side, I have a large portfolio of travel photos and landscapes (I would write "excellent portfolio", but is the people who must judge that :-) and not me.)
